What is Our Process:

• Initial consultation: We will schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and goals for your website. This will help us get a clear understanding of your vision and ensure that we are on the same page as we move forward.

• Proposal and contract: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will provide you with a written proposal outlining the scope of work and timeline.

• Gathering information and materials: Before we can begin work on your website, we will need you to provide us with all of the necessary information and materials, such as content for the website, branding elements, and any other relevant materials.

• Design and development: Our team will work closely with you to design and develop your website using the latest web design technologies and best practices. This may involve creating wireframes and mockups, as well as building and testing the actual website.

• Testing and refinement: Once your website is built, we will thoroughly test it to ensure that it is functioning properly and is user-friendly. We will also solicit your feedback and make any necessary changes or refinements to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product.

• Launch and ongoing maintenance: When the website is ready to go live, we will work with you to launch it and make it available to the public.

What You Need:

To design an informative website, you will need to provide the following information and materials:

1. Content: This includes text, images, and any other media that will be used to populate the website. The client should provide clear and concise information about their business, products or services, and any other relevant topics.

2. Branding elements: This includes logos, color schemes, fonts, and any other elements that are used to represent the client’s brand. It’s important to provide high-quality versions of these elements to ensure that they look professional on the website.

3. Target audience: The client should provide information about who they are trying to reach with their website, including demographics, interests, and any other relevant details. This will help the website developer create a website that resonates with the client’s target audience.

4. Goals: The client should provide clear goals for the website, such as increasing sales or generating leads. This will help the website developer create a website that is optimized to meet these goals.

5. Competitive analysis: It can be helpful for the client to provide information about their competitors and how their website compares to those of their competitors. This will help the website developer create a website that is competitive in the marketplace.

6. Other materials: Depending on the specific needs of the client, they may also need to provide additional materials, such as product images, testimonials, or case studies.

7. A domain and hosting preferably provided by us at www.JessicaLaShawn.net Clients that host with us receive special bonuses not listed to the public worth over $1,500+.

What Happens After You Pay:

You will receive an email notifying you of an account being created on our website JessicaLaShawn.com  Confirm your account by creating a password. If you are a returning customer, simply use your existing account information. You will then receive an email confirming your purchase with the next steps and onboarding links included within the email.

The Fine Print:

You’ll need to renew yearly to keep your website active.

You’ll have full ownership of your website and content.

Once you have made your payment you are required to complete a 10 minute in depth self-paced survey and submit it within 7 days. If you prefer to have an on-boarding session with Jessica LaShawn instead please select a Branded Website Consultation as an add on during checkout.

If you do not complete the survey and or request a Branded Website Consultation within 24 days of your purchase- you will be automatically enrolled in our Perfect Website self-paced course with access for 90 days while we build your website template ONLY. You will be offered a 30 minute exit zoom consultation to ask any questions once your website template is complete within the allocated 40 days of your project.

We do not offer refunds on our digital products and or services as they are all a part of the intellectual property of Jessica LaShawn LLC.

We complete projects within 40 business day cycles once the on-boarding questionnaire/ survey has been completed.

Terms and Conditions:

Paying serves as an agreement upon the terms and conditions listed above and below for this project.

You are providing us with your own content and it is not violating any laws and or copyright infringements

We ask for all items needed to complete the project to be submitted within 7 days of the payment being received such as digital assets & completion of pre-questionnaires.

We do not offer refunds on any customized projects and or digital assets and are not responsible for any glitches by third party apps and or plugins used to create your website.

If you need to reschedule the completion date for your project, you have 14 days from the payment date to let Jessica LaShawn Consulting know within writing via email to JL@JessicaLaShawn.com and or the client portal. Your new project date may not exceed 6 months after the original payment date.

All communication must be done through the client portal or within the established email thread to ensure proper communication and the quality of our customer service.

Our response times are within 24 business hours 10 am – 5 pm Monday- Friday. We adhere to all local and federal holidays. We are located in Chicago, Il United States .

JLC is responsible for your website design only you are responsible for any updates and connection requests to maintain your account. We are not responsible for any applications and or third party software glitches that may occur. Should you need website maintenance/updates feel free to inquire about adding that service to your account. That is NOT included within this order.

The On-boarding Questionnaire is due within 7 days , once payment is received you will receive an email that will walk you through next steps, best practices and more accessible via  your account . By paying your deposit/fee you are agreeing to this contract and are aware that we do not offer refunds on digital products and or services. You will be asked to add your signature during checkout to validate this contract.
