Do you work with people outside of Chicago?

Yes. Most mentorship and strategy work happens virtually. Speaking, workshops, and community programming can be booked in person nationally.

What is the difference between mentorship and consulting?

Mentorship is ongoing — we build a relationship, and I walk with you through decisions over time. Consulting is scoped to a specific outcome (a website, a brand system, a launch, a program build).

How do I book a session or discovery call?

Every service page has a Take a Seat button. Once you complete the intake, you'll receive the correct booking link and, when required, a secure payment link before your session is confirmed.

How does payment work?

Paid consultations and pre-priced offers are handled through HubSpot-hosted checkout. Larger engagements (brand builds, programs, sponsorships) are quoted after a discovery conversation and sent as a proposal and invoice.

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance from the confirmation email. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit that session; deposits on larger engagements are non-refundable once work has begun.

Yes — for corporate, community, faith-based, and youth audiences. Start on the Speaking & Media page and submit a speaking inquiry with your event details.

Do you take media, podcast, and interview requests?

Absolutely. Use the Media Inquiry form on the Contact page. Please include outlet, format, deadline, and audience so we can route it correctly.

Can our organization sponsor Mogul Academy or a youth program?

Yes. Sponsorship levels and focus areas are outlined on the Partnerships page, and inquiries route to the institutional intake so we can start with a real conversation, not a form dump.

Do you build custom youth or community programs?

Yes — curriculum, facilitator training, staffing structure, and impact reporting are all part of the Youth Program Development and Community Programming services.
