1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using jessicalashawn.com (the "Site") and any related services, forms, client portal, or booking pages operated by Jessica LaShawn Consulting ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit inquiries through it.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, clients, partners, sponsors, and anyone who books, purchases, or inquires through the Site.
2. Use of the website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the client portal, server, or database.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form or intake.
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
We reserve the right to suspend access, remove content, or refuse service to anyone who violates these rules or behaves in a way we reasonably believe is harmful.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, patterns, course materials, frameworks, downloadable resources, and brand assets — is owned by Jessica LaShawn Consulting or licensed to us. You may view, share links to, and quote short excerpts with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Client deliverables are governed by the specific service agreement or proposal signed by both parties, not by these general terms.
4. Services, bookings, and payment
- Quotes and proposals. Service descriptions on the Site are invitations to inquire. A binding engagement begins only when a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement is in place.
- Booking. Session bookings made through HubSpot or similar scheduling tools are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation. Rescheduling and cancellation policies are described at the time of booking and in your service agreement.
- Payment. Payments are processed through HubSpot-hosted checkout links or other approved processors. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
- Refunds. Refund and cancellation terms are stated in the specific service agreement, program terms, or checkout page. Unless otherwise stated, deposits and completed sessions are non-refundable.
5. Client portal accounts
Access to the Client Portal requires account registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Portal access is provided for the duration of the active engagement or subscription and may be suspended if payment is overdue or these terms are violated.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and all content, services, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Business, branding, mentorship, and educational content on the Site reflects our experience and approach, but results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, growth, or eligibility for any opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessica LaShawn Consulting and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD) if no payment was made.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jessica LaShawn Consulting, its members, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
